Pros

Great coworkers, location, easy to get overtime, and that's really about it.

Cons

Horrible staff-to-patient ratios, no pay increases (unless market increase or competition rolls in), no room to advance/grow, obtain points for calling out sick (even with doctors' notes), more float than staff nurses. Overall, the company does not care for its employees (during Nurses Week we had an "Ice Cream Bar" at 8 am on a random Wednesday. That's all they did for us.)

Pros

Some People, Some Providers, The Name.

Cons

Low Pay for amount of work, lie during interview process about compensation, no holiday pay must use own PTO, Work most holidays while management takes off the entire week and actual offices are closed, Extreme Micromanaging, Low Work/Life Balance not a true remote jobs cause you have to be hard wired in. Says they care about health just don't get sick! Mandatory Flu Vaccine even in wfh positions. Limited growth unless you plan to switch departments. Must be glued to your work station.
