      If you want to go the anesthesia route it’s a great learning experience.

      Cons

      Not much hands on experience Pay is not great unless you work lots of call, which is hard if your in school Lots of drama

      Pros

      The insurance they provide is good, but you definitely pay for it. The family plans are not cheap!

      Cons

      Radiology director and management were horrible. Rate of pay was horrible. My supervisor was never around and had no idea what I did for the department. They do not care about the workers at all, but the heads of the department would put anyone who sucked up to them in charge. Big turnover rate.
