Cons
• Management consistently micromanaged and created a stressful work environment. • Frequent gossip—often encouraged by leadership—about both current and former employees, which created a toxic culture. • HR did not serve as a support system for employees and appeared to prioritize the company’s interests over fairness or transparency. • I was often called into the office over minor issues, which made the environment feel hostile and unwelcoming. • Despite being a key part of the office as a receptionist, I never felt appreciated or seen as important.
