Worst management ever, horrible Drs who don't know how to order exams or what to order. Working 8 and 12 hour shifts on the weekends with no breaks, way understaffed with no care about patient care. Patient waiting over a hour for a portable chest X-ray is complete bs

Upper leadership is horrible. Not one of them know how to manage or lead a team. Barley any bonuses, it's always so more and work more/harder, no work life balance at all. Staffing rations are beyond unsafe. Patients suffer. Horrible reputation around Brevard because of it. They bully and belittle staff and use manipulation and gaslighting to get what they want. If you bring anything to HR Expect retaliation. So toxic and they do nothing to fix it. Pay is alright but not for the amount of work that needs to be done. It's sad it used to be a great place to work but now it's a joke and so unsafe for both patients and staff.
