      the staff are wonderful and the various facilities are well maintained.

      Cons

      poor communication for training/and when certifications are due.

      Great teamwork and awesome coworkers!

      Cons

      Consistently working with short staff. Unreasonable demands. Impair nurses and cripple us from making critical decisions when we are being pulled in all different directions at one time. Unsafe for staff and patients. It is sinking to the level that I worry about my nursing license. Palm Bay Hospital is no longer a happy working place where we used to value it as a home-like hospital. Rather, It is harsh and punitive. We are constantly worried about being written up.

      Pros

      Meeting many new people. Seeing how important each employee was regardless of their specific job, Nurses and housekeeping alike.

      Cons

      Management lacks communication. No one ever knew what was going on. Some staff was allowed to slack with no repercussions while others were continually called out for the smallest things.
