      Orientation and preceptor are great

      Cons

      Orientation should probably go back to a dedicated unit where graduate nurses can get the kind of individualized training they used too get and not affect the staffing of the unit they are training on.

      Scheduling was efficient and accomidating.

      Staffing ratio not always up to par when there were call outs.

      Pros

      Employees are genuine and passionate about their work, good benefit package.

      Cons

      Conventional politics, low concern for employees, high drive for revenue, not quality focused, not patient-centered. High employee turnover. Corporate culture is stale, but trying to evolve under new CEO.
