Best healthcare in Brevard

Pros

I worked at Viera Hospital as a monitor tech and loved the small, family atmosphere. The staff really care about patient care and work great as a team. Job growth or change is encouraged. The health insurance is excellent. I was on vacation during the last mandatory hurricane shift, but everyone spoke about how the team came together and associates were taken care of by the administration. This is important on the coast of FL!

Cons

The rapid population growth in Brevard, especially Viera, can leave staff feeling short at times. To waive the $500 deductible for associate health insurance, we are required to complete an online assessment with extremely confidential personal health info. I fear this info could be breached like so many other hacks that occur to even major corporations.
