      Pros

      Fellow employees are pretty good. Departments generally tend to work well with one another. Ability to move to different departments once you're in the system.

      Cons

      Seems to have a hard time keeping staff due to morale, chronic under-staffing, and personality conflicts, among other reasons. Health insurance only covers within the its own area and Florida Hospital system - don't get sick outside of Brevard/Orlando area!

      Health First insurance is good as well as the Health First doctors (most of them)

      Cons

      Management across the board is terrible. Everyone is puppets on their strings. No empowerment, internal advancement minimal.
