      Great culture and rapport among staff at all levels of practice Great benefits Great health resources (gym, health ins. deductible incentive program, etc.) Thorough policy manuals within the hospital system Aggressively preparing for CMS institution of HCAHPS and CGCAHPS Scores

      MONOPOLY - They control more than 70% of medical jobs in Brevard county, few opportunities remain if you part on unfavorable terms. Very punitive when issues come up. Hostile treatment under criticism without provider advocacy or attempt to understand contributing factors and rectify them No policy manual provided for providers No routine reinforcement of policy via email other review (i.e. I saw 1 policy in 4 yrs and that was for request for PL) Providers treated "like numbers and worker bees" - no true value seen in the individual No clear methods aid providers in identifying problems in order to improve scores Very focused on HCAHPS and CG-CAHPS Scores without clears methods for improvement

      Pros

      Great co-workers, decent pay, great health benefits. I had a great experience here in my 2 years of employment, only reason I left was due to moving out of state.

      Cons

      Cafeteria over priced, sometimes staffing ratios were horrible. Management on certain units were fantastic, others needed serious help, morale started going down when I left.
