      Management will use you and spit you out in a heartbeat

      Pros

      The health insurance is good, most coworker are awesome.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, very fast to judge but when it's time to get to work and you need help, management disappears. Not enough staff, dangerous place to work for staff and for patients.

      Pros

      I guess you can say you have hospital experience after working here.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than FL average. Benefits have gone way downhill. Staffing ratios are dangerous & management doesn't care. Manager would rather concentrate writing people up for nose piercings and fingernail polish. Tells us how we all suck. All of Health First leadership seems to be more about the bottom line and will do what it takes to ensure the executives, administrators and board members are happy regardless of patient outcomes, community care, and employee satisfaction.
