      Pros

      Any person who is not management is basically a decent person. Benefits are good as well, probably best benefits in town.

      Cons

      Management is shady. They do not care about the employee, all they care about is assigning blame to those under them. There are no leaders here on the Administration side. I cannot speak for the clinical side of things.

      Horrible management, Unbelievable how bad things are and how much employees hate working for health first.

      Benefits, some friendly coworkers, nothing else to be happy about, leaving was the biggest pro since day one. I wouldn't advise anyone to even apply until things change and they lie nonstop so ask current employees if anything changed, Viera is even worse they say

      Cons

      Worst management ever, horrible Drs who don't know how to order exams or what to order. Working 8 and 12 hour shifts on the weekends with no breaks, way understaffed with no care about patient care. Patient waiting over a hour for a portable chest X-ray is complete bs
