Excellent working conditions and staff, great benefits, medical ,dental, 401k and more, people are nice to work with and you feel very comfortable at your postition.

Cons

Changes happen so fast, sometimes it is a little hard to keep up wit.

Pros

When employees are not happy, corporate will hold what is called town hall meetings and listen and try to find a happy medium for everyone. For the most part, I feel that our voices are heard.

Cons

My hospital is currently understaffed. Items that are broken and need replaced seem to take forever to be dealt with. (Ie. IV pumps, beds, voceras...)
