      good medical benefits, hires within and room for growth

      if a manager feels they don't like you for some reason, they will find a way to fire you-and there is no "chain of command" as long as its within your first 90 days. Basically you walk on eggs shells for the first 90, having no rights. They make it clear about that. Making sure they remind you "we can get rid of anyone for any reason within their first 90 days".

      Pros

      Busy Level II trauma center. Working in Transfusion Medicina allowed me to play an important role in patient care. Pay is better than other hospitals in the area. Very involved in the community

      Did not agree with the change in PL accrual.
