      Interesting but hard and stressful work.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, good health benefits, will learn a lot on the job, get to work with some great and caring people.

      Cons

      Make it near impossible to get a full raise and sometimes there are no raises, damaged/old equipment hardly gets replaced/fixed, under staffed too many times.

      Expanding to and attempting to change with the ACA. Decent 301k and vacation benefits

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations of workers by overloading them with work and fragmented tools to do work. Management is either ignorant or apathetic to issues in the workplace. This will continue with current projected plan

      Currently good financial position, and has a modern infrastructure. The area has positive quality of life amenities that make it good place to live and work

      High stress culture driven by short term focus on bottom line at the expense of long term employee development and engagement.
