      decent pay, opportunity to self schedule overtime shifts

      Management gave me a very difficult time when, through no fault of my own, I was severely injured in a work-related accident.

      Pros

      They are the largest employer in Brevard.

      Cons

      Most management is not educated or have the skills necessary. "But we've always done it this way" is the mantra. They don't invest in the operation. Managers and above never get a merit increase - they did away with them last year, so your base salary will never increase unless there is a market adjustment.
