      Many different people within the company

      Cons

      Company doesn't care anything about healthcare of patients. Only cares about MONEY. There were MANY rounds of layoffs while I worked there and benefits are only becoming worse and worse. Most people within the organization are dissatisfied with the company and the direction it is going in but they are afraid to speak up. The company will even fight you on unemployment filings when the law is in YOUR favor. STICK UP FOR YOURSELF!

      Pros

      I enjoyed the benefits that were given (medical). I truly respected my supervisor for being so patient with me and encouraging me to be confident in my skills.

      Cons

      The training was a little intense and overwhelming. Other then that, I really had no big issues with Health First
