      Great job for those willing to work hard to succeed which is better than other companies where no matter how hard you work there are no chances of getting anywhere.

      Cons

      Not for the timid or faint of heart. It can get quite depressing which makes a huge impact on results. And this company wants results.

      Cons

      Management changed continuously, and with it, the direction they wanted the company to move in so what they wanted from us was confusing. Time was wasted on hitting markers that were based on unrealistic expectations and then raises were tied to these markers making sure no one got anywhere near the raise they deserved.
