Lower pay than Orlando Health Benefits are significantly worse than OH I found out now they will portal their own people behind their backs even though training lacks which is unsafe. Lack of training which is, again, unsafe. (2 days for Respiratory Therapist graduates - CRAZY) Very toxic group dynamics. Other facilities would not put up with it.
