Too many to mention. Micromanagement, point system, the horrible phone system, moles everywhere, passive aggressive leadership, every week another email about what staff is not allowed to do, say, or bring....the fact that some good employees get punished while the ones gambling at work and talking about everyone behind their backs are seen as perfect angels. Providers are not allowed to manage their staff directly, they have to go to management. Providers are managed just as much as MAs or LPNs. Way too many employees have FMLA and are taking advantage of it. One person uses theirs EVERY WEEK leaving the provider without assistance! And if management actually KNEW the reason they had FMLA, the REAL reason, that person would be most likely terminated.

Night Shift employees are clicky and set out to do less rather than more. Many opt to call in PTO at the same time and make the shift for others hell. Work unsafe at times, no medics or lack of support staff.
