low pay super hard to get hours increased training on a brand new hospital system organization wide didn't pay for trainers for their associates some departments seem like they are run by idiots due to people who know nothing about your department making department decisions as well as people in other sister facilities making department decisions when they have no idea how your department is run or the workflow

PTO, Low pay and the raises are minimal. Once a year only a 3% raise. Life expenses (rent) increases faster than the pay. No paid holidays unless you pay yourself out of your own PTO. If you take pay for every holiday and Hurricane closures , you may not have enough hours for a vacation.
