good benefits, many different roles within the company available, can grow with the company
Cons
poor compensation, market adjustments are not fairly calculated, slow to hire new staff, some roles are not replaced, and current staff needs to pick up the slack. Continuous new positions at the top of the company yet reduction at the bottom. Many long-term executive level leaders have left the company in the last few months.
