      -Kept up on best practice policies for patient care -Good utilization of up to date technology -Solid, capable team of employees -Lots of options for different kinds of employment within the corporation -Good benefits and competitive pay

      -Patient care loads are too heavy (as is common in health care) -Pay is on the low end of competitive

      Pros

      Full of staff who really care about each other and the community.

      Cons

      Top down management makes poor choices and high demands. Multiple levels of management are not well trained or supported to do their jobs, and that effects everything for the staff. When the managers are not well equipped to do their jobs, then the core staff bears the fallout of management’s ineptitude.

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad, 401K match is decent at 40 cents on the dollar up to 8% but the vesting period is 6 years.

      Cons

      Seems like they have problems staffing people and just general management problems with people being put in and them leaving a few months later. Pay is not spectacular and there is no weekend differential (strange for a hospital system). 2nd and 3rd shift differential is okay. 3rd is much higher so if you work night shift expect a hefty chunk of change.
