Pros

Decent work/life balance, decent pay compared to most places in Brevard.

Cons

Seems they would rather keep unskilled and untrained people in management roles and lose good hourly employees because they are easier to replace. Computer systems are outdated and inefficient.

Affordable medical benefit package for individuals and family members. Dental and vision packages are eparate but affordable.

Cons

Very low wages for an individual who is a vital asset to the medical field. High risk job for very low wages.

Rapid management turnover, constant travelers, low pay, inexperienced/incapable supervisors, all complaining but no action. No accountability for poor job performance due to understaffing
