      Pros

      I liked the people I worked with at the staff and peer level. The benefits were good; pay was average to slightly above average

      Cons

      Constant leadership reorganization, going back at least a decade and continuing. Growing faster than infrastructure and talent can support. Unable to feel proud about the health care delivery system. Quality employees are overworked, not to keep up or make progress, but just to keep from failing.

      Pros

      Health insurance is great, some employees get an employer match 401K. Salary good. Nice environment. Easy access to parking.

      Cons

      Raises are not given often. Annual reviews determine raises, not based on skill or knowledge. Some of the management are unfriendly. Upper management does not engage with employees.

      The staff is like a family to me, I love working with this team. The work is interesting and the pay is decent

      Cons

      Management is constantly requiring heavier burdens without providing additional resources.
