      Pros

      Good benefits, steady work, stable company. Even if you work per diem, you basically are just full time without benefits.

      Cons

      The leadership sucks, from the top down. Extremely understaffed, hospital nurses working 80 hrs a week, sometimes with no CNA's to back them up, but get crucified if a mistake is made. Pay is below market, communication sucks.

      Fellow employee's excellent, lot of hours

      Cons

      They will use you up, Holmes is fine Palm Bay Hosp. stay away expect to do everything at night ,fix tv's, beds, transport,switch out beds, set up all ortho appliances for nurse's, preform ekg's. No extra pay especially when you are teaching employees w/ more experience and a hire pay grade. Will make up falsehoods to get rid of you if you buck the system STAY AWAY always short handed
