      Pros

      Health First is so vast. There are many departments and opportunities for growth. Additionally, Health First has an unprecedented culture of positivity, teamwork, and innovation. I highly recommend it.

      Cons

      They have outsourced the recruitment to a third party and it's quite cumbersome to transfer inter-department.

      Nice views, some newer units and equipment.

      Cons

      Cliquey, hostile work environments, nurses scrutinize each other checking each others charting for no reason. Constant complaining about each other.
