Management needs to be trained on HR policy, labor laws and how to treat employees, ie: not talk about one employee to another employee. Management needs to learn that an employees personal life is none of their business and not to ask personal questions about their employees life.

If you have any education or experience do not work here, the management will take every bit of integrity away from you. No positive just negative. Even to the point of telling employees that they need to change their accents because they sound stupid. Management bullies staff, to make themselves look good. Units work short so that the bottom line looks good and make sure that you don't portray that to the patients. Treat your employees well and your customers will see it. Management makes sure they get theirs with no regard to the staff.
