Owners of the company refuse to take constructive criticism, always blaming their employees for the company’s overall shortcomings. Owners/Executive team do not invest or appreciate their greatest resource, the employees. Micromanaging leadership style. Poor financial performance, resulting in delayed payroll and upset customers and vendors. Extremely high turnover rate.

If zero stars was an option, that would have been chosen. The owners are so shady. Do not get caught up with them. Things are done at this company that is often not above board. You will be exploited as an employee. You are expected to work overtime if you are salaried. All of the time. They will play favorites. If you are a BAC (Born Again), you will quickly become a favorite. The owner thinks he knows a lot about business and while he may know about vitamins, he really doesn't know much about business math. The co-owner is very bossy and is disliked, but she has a better instinct for business decisions than he does. There were frequent times that the company would pay late. Not a day- a week or more. The hourlies rarely saw those delays, but salaried workers did. The longer employed with the company, the more likely the wait for your paycheck. There is constant employee turnover. They also make you sign an NDA and a 5 year non-compete (5 years!). If you quit within the first 3 months, you make minimum wage for your last weeks work. They will not pay out your vacation when you quit. There is no health insurance offered to the employees. No real benefits offered. Vacation is a joke that is not respected. Also, be prepared to be under constant surveillance by the owners, especially the co-owner, they DO monitor the cameras, they can and WILL monitor all employee communications (email, messaging, etc). Absolutely ridiculous.
