      Pros

      Flexible schedule, option to do PRN work @ multiple locations.

      Cons

      Not the best pay for the amount of work, your side of the story will not be validated and you should of done more for the patient, not a lot of pto, have to find your own coverage always, not equal expectations among employees

      Reps can set their schedules, own their territories. Service and quality of patient care are high. Good data analytics

      Cons

      Base salary and commissions are significantly lower than industry average, some micromanaging from leadership, limited marketing support
