Flexible schedule, option to do PRN work @ multiple locations.

Cons

Not the best pay for the amount of work, your side of the story will not be validated and you should of done more for the patient, not a lot of pto, have to find your own coverage always, not equal expectations among employees

The facility and staff outside of leadership were great.

Cons

Managers don't have the employees back at all! The lead at my center lied all the time and threw anyone/everyone under the bus so she could look better. Management was aware but never did anything about it. I was the 4th tech to leave because of this person. Terrible accountability. Overworked as well! UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY GOSSIPY.
