      Good PTO Good pay Hybrid model gives some flexibility

      - Poorly thought-out decisions from leadership create bigger problems and leave the team to clean up the mess - Shady work practices behind the scenes - Lack of understanding from leadership about how the work actually gets done leads to constant misalignment and unrealistic expectations
