      Pros

      Open communication through every level--from CEO to freelance employees. Excellent perks, such as closed for holiday week, several full days off on summer Fridays, generous work from home policy, employee relaxation days and holiday celebrations. Management extremely collaborative and responsive. Wonderful creative team.

      Location off the beaten track. Inaccessible by public transportation.

      Pros

      Health Monitor cares about their employees and helps develop strengths and talents. They offer a great work life balance and many employee appreciation activities, team building, and cross departmental training. Excellent benefits, holiday schedule (closed Christmas week), and summer Friday's. Upbeat vibe, strong employee comradery, overall a great place to work.

      The work day is from 9:00 - 5:30 PM.
