Pros

Decent 401k matching, work at home capability

Cons

System applications down several times a day, IT issues run rampant, senior leadership unsupportive and out of touch with employees. Although there is work at home capability, the VP says the company CEO is unaware and wants to keep it that way, although the parent company has work at home opportunities also. Completely unprepared for the new contract. Constant speculation on if the contract is going to be taken, if layoffs were coming soon.

The company cares about its associates. Advancement is based on merit. Pay is acceptable. Benefits are good. Senior management is generally effective. The company takes great care of its customers and is highly valued by the customers.

Cons

Company is not stable. Worry about continued business. IT Systems need upgrade. The company relies upon government business which is a very unstable proposition.
