Lots of PTO and sick time Alternate Work Schedules Completely Remote Not a lot of micro-managing Lots of Overtime Opportunities

Cons

The health coverage is really expensive and terrible and differs by state. Work load can get very demanding and it depends on who your Supervisor is and how much they are willing to support you. Overtime is viewed as mandatory or required when work load is high.
