      Decent job, proud to work with military, but management had MAJOR problems.

      Pros

      Loved working with the DoD staff and active duty at my location.

      Cons

      Management throughout the company did not take into consideration issues and problems that arose within the organization. Supervisors did not know company policies and procedures and acted unprofessionally (think temper tantrum) at times.

      Pros

      Great benefits, good pay, yearly bonuses for outstanding work, Star program to show what good work employees have been doing, good work relations with employees and managers.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime, production style work (so many per hour, quota), very demanding for daily work to be completed, extremely strict work environment with heavy consequences for not following the rules, and always monitored to be sure you are working constantly (watching over your shoulder style or over the computer by IT).
