Pros
Fast pace environment. There was a signing bonus. It was close to home. There was no problem getting hours.
Cons
High staff turnover, low wages, little to no training, incompetent management, favoritism is rampant, morale is horrible. Each day you are expected to do more and more with less and less only faster. There is a very unprofessional atmosphere, management is inconsistent/nonexistent. Instead of jumping in to help they sneak out the back door. Patient care is unsafe and not a priority. Very scary place to work.
