Pros
Flex time, my direct report promoted an enjoyable environment and open communication, more paid time off than most companies.
Cons
They don't effectively manage or monitor those in supervising roles which means often they are away when needed or unreachable. Routinely lax on rules so staff do as they please which creates heavy tension in a close environment.
