Pros
In my experience, Employees are treated well and appreciated. Schedules are flexible, and I feel valued as a person, not a commodity.
Cons
Lack of process. Sometimes it is unknown or undefined how to handle a particular matter. However, this seems largely due to the fact that the company is growing and need for processes didn't previously exist, so part of the job is creating it.
