Excellent hours, pay, teamwork as well as a place to grow in your career. You work from home and you’re provided everything you need to work. You’re also supplied with pay or reimbursement for your Internet service.

Cons

I honestly don’t have any thing I don’t like. I would say I wish our laptops or touchscreen lol.

Not enough people on phones for the amount of members calling in, pay doesn't increase well enough, calls are being more scripted instead of us being able to help mbrs like needed, harder to move up as well or to different departments

Professionalism is awesome when you are being trained for your job(s) . I've been working here going on 5yrs that speaks for itself. I ❤️ my job. The company employees from Ceo- Co workers are very caring, considerate and most importantly value there employees. Very helpful in any situation to make sure your successful at your job. Always able to train for other departments within the company.

Only downside is I should have been working here all along
