Pros

HealthEquity cares about you they want you to have a work life balance and offer amazing benefits. The leadership is wonderful and want to help you grow.

Cons

Our busy season is November-February so if you do a lot of traveling it is harder to get time off during those times.

I love everything, work-life balance, benefits and pay, no micro managing. They love to promote internally.I would give it a 9/10 only because nothing is perfect.
