Great benefits, pay is decent, overall culture is positive and friendly, even in the remote setting.

Cons

There is an extreme lack of training and reliable information. It is very hard to find basic solid information about products and procedures. Managers tell you to ask your peers, so information isn't always correct. It stresses me out since my job is to provide information to the clients. I talked to my manager about how I don't want to give wrong information to clients, manager said it didn't matter, which doesn't give me much assurance for the overall commitment to quality. Also, as a client consultant, I am " "scored" on how I answer clients and get docked for wrong answers.. feels like a no win situation.

Tends to have some of the best people to work around. By working here you are helping people to invest their money and save on taxes, which helps people to live better and healthier lives, not a bad thing to be doing IMO.

Cons

Some roles within the company may suck the life out of you without giving much reward / education in return.
