We're glad you're able to stay safe in the comfort of your home. Thank you for the feedback you've provided as well. I know that two companies coming together certainly add complexity. Member Services sees this as a lot of change, platform consolidations, and other effects that sometimes take substantial time to get right. Bear with us as we adjust, but in the meantime, please provide specific feedback to your leaders. There's no such thing as too much communication as we undergo changes like these.

I loved working at HealthEquity and still take many of the things I learned to my next role.

Cons

Unfortunately, I was part of a layoff. Can't do anything about it, it's just a fact that businesses go through them.
