Good work environment, pay is good as well, there is always bonuses.

Cons

It's hard to get time off, Health equity has decided to not do the fall shift bid which I am not happy about. There's no scheduled time to work on cases in our busy season.

Excellent hours, pay, teamwork as well as a place to grow in your career. You work from home and you’re provided everything you need to work. You’re also supplied with pay or reimbursement for your Internet service.

Cons

I honestly don’t have any thing I don’t like. I would say I wish our laptops or touchscreen lol.

Not enough people on phones for the amount of members calling in, pay doesn't increase well enough, calls are being more scripted instead of us being able to help mbrs like needed, harder to move up as well or to different departments
