      Pros

      Leaders truly care about the organization and its values. They pay attention to internal and external feedback and work to figure out ways to fix problems. Great culture overall.

      Cons

      The company is going through some growing pains and learning the value of data. While it means there can be a lot of work now to try to answer questions, it seems like the leaders are in place to make the jump.

      Surveys can bring you down. Needs less hands stirring the pot and handing off casework to wrong teams to correct the client problem
