      I love Working for a company that cares for me as a individual and also helps me develop my skills in order to move up in the company , we are growing so much right know that the possibilities' are endless in what I can accomplish , I loved the decision i made to leave my former employer to come to Health Equity .

      there can be some micromanagement at times but they are far in between

      Pros

      Great PTO plan, tons of employee benefits in addition to the benefit package, free lunches, free snow cones, parties. The culture is amazing, they really show you that they value you as a person. The people are friendly and willing to help. It feels like "home".

      Cons

      The training program is lacking.
