The culture at HealthEquity is by far the best company to work for by far! From the training to the parties, it's all geared towards the employees and of course the members.

Cons

Like any job, sometimes its hard to get excited for work everyday but once you get to work at HealthEquity its all good!

This company never ceases to amaze me. They are always planning events and awarding their employees for each goal that is met. I have never worked for a company that provided such amazing recognition for a job well done.

Cons

Being on the phone all day with little relief insight. Missing out on many of the company activities.

Great vibe- these people know how to work and they know how to celebrate accomplishments! Great opportunities for mentoring from very knowledgeable people. I feel like this place is home because of the welcoming and embracing experience I've had, even in just a short time being here. Well done Team Purple!!

Cons

We're growing at such an incredibly fast rate it's hard to keep up sometimes. You definitely learn quickly that you have to be very proactive in setting up sustainable systems yourself and then submit them for review.
