Pros

The company is always planning fun activities to keep employees engaged in the culture. Everyone is very supportive of each other, the members and the mission. This is a very positive workplace and a lot of fun.

Cons

There are growing pains whether it's space, taking on new accounts quickly, or remaining relevant and original with our services. The company works very hard to forecast growth by hiring or acquiring more space but with great success, it's sometimes difficult to foresee the challenge.

They take very good care of us with great compensation and benefits. The culture fosters a helpful and willing attitude. Leadership is very willing to help you succeed.

Cons

The challenges with my particular position result from needing constant service reps on the phones 24 - 7. It can be a little stressful when there are heavy call volumes.

From the moment I started in training here I was amazed by this company. The People here are all so personable and its like one big family. The owners are so friendly and make you feel important. I love it here! they are all about rewarding and treating their employees great!

Cons

I have not had one bad experience here. I know there are cons in everything in life but I have do not have a complaint yet! :)
