      Pros

      acceptance, ethics, great treatment of employees, Co workers are great to work with. Team leaders willing to teach and help with problems. When a problem arises they walk you through the correct way to handle it for the future. Opportunities for growth are always available and encouraged.

      So far I have not run into any.

      Value employees, bring in lunch, great work environment, great contributions to HSA

      Cons

      compensation is very low for the work requirements. bachelors degree desired but starting pay is 13-15 an hour. very hard to get time off for anything unless you can trade with another employee, so forget calling in sick or going home sick without getting a warning
