      It’s easy to get stuck in a position as promotions are known to be blocked.

      Pros

      Fair pay, amazing teammates, and excellent leaders who care about the people they supervise. The Purple culture is truly unmatched. I have not worked anywhere that I've felt this supported and valued. Would recommend this company to anyone!

      Cons

      The Marketing department is still sorting through procedures and processes since we are growing rapidly. But, if you are the kind of person that finds that interesting, it's an exciting stage to join the company! There is enough structure to feel supported and also enough wiggle room to make an impact on the company.
