      The ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Too many to count lately. Very poor management. Very poor training. Very poor customer service. ( Not great considering that used to be what we were known for)

      Was a great company at first.

      Work life balance was good Leadership up to the CXO level was incredible People and other team atmosphere was great

      Cons

      CXO leadership stopped listening when the direction recommended didn't fit their agenda.

      Wish I could shave off a half star

      Pros

      - HSA benefit - Remote work flexibility - Growth opportunities - Mostly recession proof - Can disconnect at the end of the day

      Cons

      - Hectic environment - Entitlement among "teammates" leads to constant disrespect towards other departments - Decision making is often reactive rather than proactive - Burnout is real easy to achieve and hard to bounce back from - Primary policy is to never inconvenience anyone, regardless of the situation - Wages are still not where they should all be, but there are signs of improvement
